WE JOIN THE GLOBAL COMPACT
By joining the United Nations Global Compact, Sidi confirms its formal and substantial commitment to promoting a healthy, inclusive and sustainable global economy, respectful of human and labor rights, capable of preserving the environment and actively involved in every aspect of corporate integrity. To this end, Sidi shares, supports and applies the ten Fundamental Principles of the Global Compact within its sphere of influence and actively contributes to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
CLIMATE STRATEGY
Our production facilities are powered exclusively by renewable energy, a concrete commitment to sustainability. By joining the SBTi, Sidi Sport is committed to defining its targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the short and long term.
The SBTi goal is to halve greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050. To date, all the electricity used by Sidi comes from renewable sources.
INCLUSION
People are what matters most to us. Therefore, we are constantly working to include everyone in the ongoing training plans and gradually introduce wellbeing support.
Sidi has signed up to the Women's Empowerment Principles, a set of principles established by UN Women and the UN Global Compact, to provide guidance to businesses on how to promote gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace, in the marketplace and in the community.
