Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all purchases made on our website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Please include a copy of your receipt/invoice and a completed returns form with your return.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

• Email our returns team at returns@feridax.com, providing your order number and details of the issue.
• Our returns team will provide you with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
• Download our returns form here, then fill it in with your order number, RMA number and reason for return.
• Pack your item(s) securely and include the completed returns form and a copy of your receipt/invoice in your parcel. Please make sure your RMA number is clearly shown on the form, as returns without this may be delayed.
• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email our returns team at returns@feridax.com as soon as possible. Please also complete the returns form and include it in your parcel if you are asked to send the item back to us.
